This policy covers Green Oasis Solutions LLC and the website at greenoasisrei.com. It explains what we collect when you ask us for an offer on your property, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- The property address
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- A description of your situation, if you select one
- Which page you submitted the form from
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site. We are not building a profile of your browsing.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the property and to prepare an offer. That is the whole purpose. We may also use your email address to send you information about selling your property if you have given us your details. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to unrelated companies or lead aggregators.
We do share it in these limited circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate, including our customer relationship management system and our email provider. They act on our instructions.
- If we proceed toward a purchase, with the title company or closing attorney, and with any buyer to whom we assign the purchase contract. This is necessary to complete a transaction you have agreed to.
- Where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a business reason to, and longer where a transaction took place and records must be retained. Ask us to delete your information and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.
Phone calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number you are asking us to contact you about your property. We may call or text you. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on a call.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law. Call us on (432) 296-5971 and tell us what you want done. You will speak to a person, and you do not have to explain why.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not store your information on this website.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
