Accessibility
Last updated 31 August 2026
People contact us at difficult moments, sometimes using a screen reader, sometimes on an old phone, sometimes with a slow connection. This site is built so that none of those things stop you getting an offer.
The standard we build to
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- Text meets or exceeds AA contrast against its background, and body text meets AAA.
- Everything works by keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
- Form fields have permanently visible labels. We do not use placeholder text as a label.
- Form errors are described in words, linked to the field, and announced to screen readers.
- Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Animation is minimal, and is switched off entirely if your device requests reduced motion.
- Headings follow a logical order and each page has one main heading.
- The site works with JavaScript disabled, including the offer form.
- Text can be resized and the layout reflows without horizontal scrolling.
Where we know we fall short
We would rather list our gaps than claim to be perfect. At present:
- The comparison table on the compare page scrolls sideways on a narrow screen. The information is all reachable, but it is not as comfortable as it should be on a small phone.
- We have tested with automated tooling and manual keyboard checks. We have not yet completed a full audit with assistive technology users.
If something does not work
Tell us and we will fix it. You do not need to explain the technical detail. Call (432) 296-5971, monday to saturday, 8am to 7pm central.
If the website is the barrier, call us. Everything on this site can be done over the phone instead, and you will not get a worse offer for it.
